Your Rights and Obligations Explained

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "hh555," "we," "us," "our" refers to the hh555 platform operated under international gaming regulations and accessible at hh555.im.
• "Platform" means the hh555 website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all associated services including the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, fishing games, and customer support channels.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause. Where any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

hh555 reserves the right to request identity documents — including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by hh555 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) hh555 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. hh555 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your hh555 account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify hh555 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• hh555 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not disclose it to anyone claiming to represent hh555.

hh555 supports the following PKR-denominated payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and 1LINK. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is displayed in your account dashboard and is subject to change at hh555's discretion.

• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used by the Player for deposits on the same account, subject to KYC approval.
• Transaction Fees: hh555 does not charge Players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside hh555's control.

hh555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending satisfactory verification. All funds deposited into a hh555 account must be sourced from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

hh555 may offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
• One bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• hh555 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of hh555 management shall be final and binding.

All Wagers placed on hh555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market, which are published within each game and within the hh555 sportsbook rules documentation. These general Terms apply alongside, and do not replace, any game-specific or sport-specific rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. hh555 will not cancel or amend a confirmed Wager except in circumstances where hh555 determines that a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has occurred.
• hh555 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the Wager was placed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per Player and are published in the sportsbook rules section.
• hh555 may limit the maximum stake or payout available to any individual Player at its sole discretion, including on specific markets or games.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tooling to place Wagers on hh555 is strictly prohibited.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, and international tournaments — are subject to the hh555 Cricket Betting Rules published within the sportsbook section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hh555 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and any outstanding balances subject to forfeiture where applicable law permits:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information including a false date of birth.
• Registering or operating more than one account on hh555.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your hh555 account.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or IP address for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the hh555 Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Using automated software, bots, or AI tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting on any sporting event.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hh555 staff or other Players through any channel.

All content on the hh555 Platform — including but not limited to the hh555 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software code, game assets, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of hh555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any hh555 content without the prior written consent of hh555.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by hh555 is governed by the hh555 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering on hh555 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hh555 applies industry-standard data security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. hh555 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions to the Platform not within hh555's reasonable control.
• Errors in game software provided by third-party game studios, where hh555 has acted in good faith on the information provided by the studio.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account closures resulting from breach of the prohibited conduct clause.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit hh555's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In all cases where hh555's liability is established, the maximum aggregate liability of hh555 to a Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hh555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to situations where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• hh555 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A Player has registered multiple accounts.
• hh555 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
• A Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider without first contacting hh555 support to resolve the issue.

A Player may close their hh555 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

hh555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, hh555 will endeavour to notify active Players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the hh555 Platform after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which hh555 holds its international gaming authorisation.
